Between Falkirk, Bonnybridge, and Stirling in central Scotland sits the Falkirk Triangle.
Described by some as an “Unremarkable” or “Dull” place, the Falkirk Triangle carries a history of the otherworldly.
Beginning in the early 1990s, the Falkirk Triangle gained international attention for an unprecedented surge in UFO activity. Reaching a record 300+ sightings per year, it has become one of, if not the most frequently reported UFO hotspot in the world. Reports of interactions range from abductions, attacks, and communications with the other.
Is this mundane land shaped by the momentum of collective psychology rather than by the extraterrestrial?
Or is this area a place of visitation for the ones that look down on us, monitoring our existence?
A surveying walk by an unknown was conducted around the perimeter of the area, 44 km long.
Images were translated onto archival waxed aluminium plates.
These plates record points of interest.
